Job Overview:
Under the direction of the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager [PM] of Medical Services Operations [MSO] will manage project timelines and deliverables for operational set-up, integration and optimization of new, acquired, and existing medical group practices. The PM will also manage projects for practice decommissions. Additionally, the PM will facilitate collaborative work groups aimed at developing and implementing standardized operational policies, procedures, and initiatives to further the growth and continued success of our practices, medical group and health system s commitment to safe and compassionate patient care.

Required:
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration or public health administration Minimum of 2-3 years physician practice management and/or related project management/coordination experienceAbility to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision-making to achieve organizational goals and objectivesAbility to consistently meet aggressive and often competing deadlinesAbility to delegate and encourage innovation, collaboration and excellent performanceWillingness and ability to travel between sites as required Experience in project and data management Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in the environment and prioritiesExcellent problem-solving and analytic skills, including attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointPreferred:
Master's degree in business, healthcare administration or public health administration. Equivalent work experience in lieu of a Master s degree may be considered. Project Management Professional (PMP) CertificationProject Management ExperienceEssential Functions:
Creates and executes project plans for the onboarding, relocation, and decommissioning of medical group practicesServes as the primary point of contact and liaison to project stakeholders including regional operations; leadership; department leads [HR, IT, Facilities, Finance, Physician Development, etc.]; practice management, providers, and relevant personnel; and external vendorsCoordinates stakeholder activities to meet deliverables and execute according to project timelines. Identifies, tracks, and mitigates project issues and risksRegularly and clearly communicates objectives, progress reports, and relevant project details to stakeholders through well-organized, informative meetings and presentations Manages and operates within defined project budgets. Monitors expenses and reviews invoices for accuracy and paymentEnsures consistency and standardization of on-boarding processes and procedures across the medical group. Educates and updates stakeholders on process changesRemains abreast of industry best practices.
