Description We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Beaverton, Oregon. This role requires a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing diverse tasks, and can effectively collaborate with various personalities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project management. Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. • Track, manage, and report on project progress and deliverables. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination. • Implement and monitor processes related to cloud technologies and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns proactively. • Manage project budgets and resources effectively, adhering to financial guidelines. • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and challenges, maintaining focus on objectives. • Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. • Solid understanding of cloud technologies and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in project workflows. • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently. • A proactive attitude with the ability to pivot and adapt to changing circumstances.
