Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead selected deployments of our next-generation Laboratory Information Management System (eLIMS NG) within Central and Eastern Europe. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in project delivery and system integration. Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead and manage the deployment of eLIMS NG projects in selected countries across the CEE region, in line with the group’s global roadmap and project methodology.Coordinate the integration of the new LIMS system into existing local business and laboratory operations, including supporting user readiness and change adoption.Oversee implementation within an assigned team, promoting collaboration across functional areas and ensuring project objectives are met.Supervise key project activities, such as configuration validation, system testing, and go-live preparation, while managing associated risks.Collaborate with internal IT and operational teams to secure needed support and infrastructure for the rollout. Act as a liaison between business functions and IT.Monitor key project metrics, identify improvement areas, and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders. Engage with business stakeholders to understand operational workflows and ensure the system deployment supports efficiency and user needs.Support the training and onboarding of users in the local organization, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.QualificationsQualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or other business fields. Relevant experience in laboratory operations or life sciences is also valued.Experience & Skills:
5+ years of experience in project management or business operations, preferably within an international or matrix structure.Ability to translate business requirements into project deliverables and system configurations.Strong understanding of corporate functions and how digital systems impact day-to-day operations in non-IT roles.Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.Proven experience delivering complex or digital transformation projects—ideally in areas such as laboratory operations, logistics, or supply chain.Familiarity with ERP, LIMS, or similar enterprise system implementations, including rollouts and user training.Ability to lead project workstreams across diverse functions and geographies, working effectively with both business and technical teams.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English; knowledge of another Central or Southeastern European language is a plus.Additional InformationWhat do we offer?
