ResponsibilitiesFor specific Warehouse, Transport, IT and /or major contract renewal or change scope projects.
\n\nInterpret project requirements into objectives and tasks, leading the comprehensive planning, control, status updates, stability, and delivery of projects following the O2D (Opportunity to Delivery) program.\nApply DePICT or PMI process and methodologies for effective project implementation.\nDuring the tender phase, review the work scope, provide the Solution Design team with project timelines, and highlight any potential concerns.\nUpon project award, participate in the handover meeting facilitated by the Business Development team to receive winning information and documentation.\nOrganize internal and external Project kick-off meetings to initiate the project.\nConstruct a detailed project timeline, monitoring and managing it to ensure timely project completion.\nReport project status to all stakeholders on a weekly basis.\nFacilitate project success by assigning tasks and tracking them until completion.\nMaintain open and clear communication throughout project implementation, chairing meetings to ensure every team member is aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.\nEnsure that the project team has a clear understanding of their workstream requirements.\nIdentify potential risks and coordinate the creation of a mitigation plan to ensure project success.\nManage the project budget, providing weekly cost updates.\nConduct regular site assessments to confirm progress reports reflect actual on-site activities.\nAssist with on-site coordination within the facility setup.\nGuarantee a smooth transition to operations through a hyper-care plan and regular reporting.\nEstablish and update the Planview Project profile for stakeholders' visibility.\nSupport Operations Excellence activities at selected sites\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree\n2 years of operational experience in Contract Logistics\n5 years of project management experience (as a PM or in another role)\nExcellent communication skills are essential.\nProficient in creating compelling presentations and delivering them effectively on stage.\nKnowledge of legal and other regulations related to quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), and firefighting.\nPossesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent customer relationship management skills.\nIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel for effective data analysis.\nSkilled in process mapping and developing/reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nFluent in English\n
