Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of large-scale internal events (minimum 300 participants), trade shows, roadshows, and strategic industry events. The ideal candidate combines outstanding organizational skills with a deep understanding of the hardware industry in transformation through AI, and demonstrates the ability to challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Project Management
Plan, organize, and execute large-scale internal events, ensuring flawless delivery and measurable impact.Manage the company’s participation in external trade shows and strategic industry events, applying the same rigor and performance metrics.Define, monitor, and achieve key KPIs including lead value, conversion, and participant satisfaction.Collaborate and orchestrate cross-functional teams, aligning efforts across marketing, sales, product, and external partners.Manage budgets and agencies with precision, ensuring transparency, compliance, and timely reporting.Proactively identify and mitigate risks early in the event lifecycle to ensure seamless execution.Serve as a strong and assertive counterpart to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring business objectives are met without compromising quality.Continuously optimize event strategy to maximize ROI and brand impact.B2B Marketing Integration:
Partner with the B2B marketing team to design and execute demand-generation campaigns around events.Align event strategy with account-based marketing initiatives and sales pipeline goals.Ensure that business audiences receive tailored content (e.g., case studies, whitepapers, executive sessions) within event frameworks.Track event-driven contribution to B2B pipeline growth.Requirements:
Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale events (300+ participants).Strong knowledge of the hardware sector and its transformation in the context of AI.Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders.Track record of delivering against KPIs (lead value, conversion, satisfaction).Excellent budget management skills and experience working with agencies.Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate challenges.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with accuracy and keen attention to detail, German being your first languageFluent in EnglishWhat We Offer:
