Project Manager – Santiago PlantManagerial full-time position

Profile: 3–5 years of experience in project and capital management.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead plant initiatives from planning through execution.
Be the go-to person for Business Units to assess project feasibility, align priorities, and timelines.
Manage project budgets (CPS), schedules, and key deliverables.
Work with suppliers and internal partners, navigating common delays and limited vendor availability.
Identify technical improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
Lead and mentor a team, ensuring strong execution and team development.

Job Qualifications
Degree in Engineering or related field.
3–5 years of experience in project and capital management.
Experience in FMCG or industrial/manufacturing environments.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced English.
Ability to stay organized, make decisions, and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
