Position: Project Manager - Post Production Environment

Must-Haves:

5+ years of project management experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, Atlassian tools, LucidChart, Miro, and Airtable.Strong experience managing traditional projects: ticket management, rollout of new software, show support requests.Partner with engineering, facilities, and trades teams to coordinate installations (e.g., A/V, infrastructure, cabling, workstation setup).Skilled in partnering with engineering teams and holding team members accountable to deliverables and metrics.Exceptional communication skills; able to manage difficult stakeholders and build trust across diverse groups.Highly organized, detail-oriented, with proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Professional demeanor with the ability to work effectively with executives and long-tenured teams.

Nice to Have:

Entertainment, media, post-production, or construction/installation project experience.Familiarity with union/trade environments and experience influencing stakeholders resistant to change.Certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master (CSM).
