We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Project Manager** to lead the delivery of energy services projects under performance contracting agreements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the **scope, schedule, and budget** of multiple energy efficiency and infrastructure improvement projects. This role requires strong project management skills, financial acumen, and proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of energy services projects under performance contracts. + Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful outcomes. + Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met. + Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed. + Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using **Microsoft Project** . + Track and report financial performance, including cost control, forecasting, and variance analysis. + Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. + Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements. + Facilitate client meetings and provide regular updates on project status. + Support the development of measurement and verification plans to ensure guaranteed savings are achieved. **BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL** In addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
