**About the job you’re considering**
**Title: Project Manager – Data Management & Analytics**
**Location: Cupertino California (100% onsite)**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and manage end-to-end data management projects, from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders.
+ Oversee the cleaning, normalization, and preparation of large-scale, real-world datasets to support business and analytical needs.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that drive data-driven decision-making.
+ Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including workflows, testing protocols, issue logs, and bug reports.
+ Ensure timely communication of project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
**Preferred Skills & Tools:**
+ 8 years of end-to-end Project management experience within Data / Analytics projects.
+ Strong hands-on experience with cleaning, normalization, and preparation of large-scale, real-world datasets to support business and analytical needs.
+ Familiarity with data APIs, Tableau, and other data visualization or integration tools.
**Nice to have**
+ Basic understanding of chemical structures and the ability to interpret and compare molecular data.
+ Exposure to cheminformatics concepts and digital molecular representations; experience with RDKit or similar libraries is a plus.
