Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex bridge design projects. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of project delivery and play a key part in shaping our success.

Your role

Full responsibility for contract and commercial management.Manage the design process from concept through to delivery.Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.Provide line management and mentorship to junior staff, fostering professional growth.Lead the development of tender proposals, drive successful bids, and secure new commissions.

Proven track record in managing bridge design projects.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and client relationships effectively.
