The Surfaces Operations team within Integrity and Support Operations strives to keep our platforms safe. This team plays a crucial role for Integrity across our apps such as Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and Threads. You will work directly with our cross-functional team (engineering, product, Policy, etc.), as well as all of the teams within Global Operations, to execute global projects from inception to launch. This team manages core operations across multiple Integrity abuse areas, developing and implementing process, product, and policy improvements that enable us to support our community and prevent real-world harm. We count on our project managers to deliver both qualitative and quantitative insight into user behavior in order to harm reduction and support at scale. You will generate insights and optimize the labelling process. You will play a pivotal role in the development of AI and ML models, ensuring the accuracy and relevance across both integrity and support use cases. **Required Skills:** Project Manager, Surface Integrity Operations Responsibilities: 1. Become an Subject Matter Expert in various integrity and support issues across Operations at Meta 2. Manage and improve day-to-day operations against quality and efficiency targets in a highly dynamic and time sensitive environment 3. Create and modify data labels, ensuring compliance to all regulatory and legal requirements 4. Ensure the quality of labeled data sets, ensuring alignment to Meta’s policies and/or support processes 5. Partner with team members to improve processes and tools of the team’s labeling interfaces 6. Analyze and audit data to identify user trends and malicious behavior and suggest recommendations to improve operations 7. Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems 8. Lead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding potentially abusive content or real-world threats 9. Build cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our community and users 10. Develop expertise of the integrity issues and how they affect our community **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 11. Bachelor's degree BA/BS 12. 2+ years of work experience in an operations, technology, management consulting, or equivalent environment 13. 2+ years of work experience in role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, consulting experience, data analysis or technical systems) and/or customer operations 14. Experience communicating with a variety of audiences, including engineering and technical teams 15. Demonstrable experience using sound judgment and exhibiting grace under pressure **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 16. 1+ years of experience working with data tools such as SQL, SAS, and data visualization (e.g. Tableau) tools 17.
