\t• Identify and develop potential, sustainable customer relationships
\t• Devlelop and maintain strong existing IP customer relations and loyalty
\t• Respond to customer RFI, RFQ and Tenders
\t• Respond to IP customer needs/enquiries/complaints
\t• Lead and monitor the execution and implementation of big projects
\t• Understand and implement solutions to meet customer requirements
Head of Commercial
\t• Work with commercial head to achieve the revenue and GP objectives.
\t• Provide IP customers data to Head of Commercial to facilitate business performance review & evaluation
\t• Support to devise, fine tune and implement overall strategy and directives
Other Functions
\t• Coordinate with different departments to deliver quality service to IP customers
\t• Maintain good communication and working relationship with others functions
\t• Develop a high performance service culture within the functional station
Develop KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance\tJob Requirement:
\t• Bachelor degree in business or related discipline
\t• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
\t• Good knowledge about DHL business and org chart
\t• Good knowledge on international trade/forwarding
\t• Good knowledge on multi-model transportation
\t• Proven track records of clients resources and market connections
\t• Good understanding of project / chartering sales knowledge
\t• Good knowledge on cargo.
\t• Good knowledge on handling emergency cases
\t• Good relationship-maintenance/ building skills
7 to 10 years of relevant working experience with at least 5 years in management role, preferably in shipping or freight forwarding
