**What you will do** + Lead the creation and execution of the project charter, management plan, and detailed Work Breakdown Structure. + Develop and manage the project Gantt chart, including critical path and major workstream analysis. + Define project scope with stakeholders and ensure alignment with management. + Establish and monitor project budget, quality plans, and procurement planning activities. + Create and maintain the risk management plan, including risk identification, analysis, and response strategies. + Estimate, acquire, and assign project resources, defining responsibilities and providing performance feedback. + Build and manage stakeholder and communication plans throughout the project lifecycle. + Foster strong cross-functional relationships, integrate customer feedback, support decision-making under ambiguity, and drive results within demanding timelines. **What you will need** + Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline. + Experience working in highly regulated industries, such as automotive, aerospace or medical devices. + 5+ years of experience in technical or project management roles, working directly with New Product Introduction and/or Product Transfer. + Experience with Risk Management. + Proficiency in MS Project. + Bilingual: English & Spanish.
