Provide project management support to the Commercial Operations Department. Owner of the New Products Launch Process tools and templates.

How you'll make an impact:

• Determine project scope to assess the needs of approved projects and develop plan to execute including ownership of related systems and document updates, i.e., TABS, labeling supporting documents, SOP updates, etc.

• Create and drives project plans for new product launches and indication launches. Collaborates with cross functional stakeholders to understand launch needs and ensures successful completion of timelines and deliverables, identifying risks and solutions, and communicating project status to key stakeholders.
• Lead the execution of tasks as defined in the project management plan and actively manage project risk.
• Determine and discern detailed requirements on mid-to-large scale projects to establish the project deliverables and develop the project management plan, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs to keep the project management plan updated and reflective of authorized project changes.
• Assess project performance to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions and communicate to all stakeholders.
• Establish and coordinate team members and stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications.
• Actively leads one or more Project Management Office (PMO) continuous improvement activities.
• Manage project closure activities, including gathering lessons learned.
• Other duties as assigned by Leadership.

What you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 5 years of experience on managing mid-to-large scale projects

• Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and related project management systems
• Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
• Substantial understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to managing small-to-mid scale project plans

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $127,000 (highly experienced).
