Position Overview
As a Project Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering exceptional project management services for complex real estate initiatives. You'll leverage your expertise to drive operational excellence, implement innovative solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes that align with our clients' strategic objectives. This role focuses on individual project delivery excellence rather than team leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Project Strategy
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on project strategies and capital planning initiatives
Develop comprehensive project plans that align with client goals and business objectives
Create innovative solutions to meet client business and portfolio needs with supporting business cases
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
Represent JLL's full range of capabilities to deliver maximum value to clients
Project Execution & Delivery
Manage all aspects of assigned projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Implement comprehensive quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Facilities Management on integrated service delivery
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and performance metrics
Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle
Technical Excellence & Innovation
Apply effective project management methodologies and best practices to ensure successful outcomes
Drive innovation in project delivery through implementation of new technologies and approaches
Develop metrics-driven performance tracking to measure success and drive continuous improvement
Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in project management
Contribute to the development of standardized tools and templates for enhanced project delivery
Financial Management
Manage project budgets with meticulous attention to detail and financial accountability
Prepare and monitor financial forecasts throughout the project lifecycle
Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost optimization
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for all assigned projects
Maintain project profitability while delivering exceptional client value
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)
PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in commercial real estate
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion
Strong communication skills with ability to effectively engage with clients and cross-functional teams
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes, and regulatory requirements
Demonstrated budget management and financial forecasting abilities
Excellent organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Effective problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a related field
Experience managing projects across multiple sectors (office, retail, industrial, healthcare)
Demonstrated experience implementing innovative project delivery solutions
Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Experience with sustainable building practices and certifications
Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience

Estimated total compensation for this position:
11,500.00 – 123,750.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
