Project Manager, OSE (Workforce Transformation)

About this team

Our Store Evolution (OSE) is a transformation project of our Retail Workforce Strategy with the objective to implement an evolved leadership structure and scalable org model that supports all types of educators, stores, markets, concepts, and strategies to provide greater clarity, connection, and consistency within our experience.


A day in the life: 

The Project Manager, OSE is responsible to lead the design, delivery, and sustainment of OSE across the Asia region. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, managing complex timelines and budgets, and enabling the successful implementation of an evolved org structure that supports our people and enhances our guest experience. This role partners closely with a People & Culture Project Manager, with strategic alignment being key to success.


1. Project Leadership & Governance

Own the end-to-end delivery of the OSE project across AsiaDefine project goals, success metrics, and key milestones and dependencies across all workstreamsEstablish and maintain a governance structure with clear roles and responsibilitiesFacilitate regular risk reviews and mitigation planning with stakeholdersConduct post-implementation reviews and analyse feedback to assess outcomes, capture learnings, and inform continuous improvement


2. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Coordinate communication and engagement strategies across SSC and retailProvide regular status updates to senior leadership and cross-functional partners


3. Budget & Planning

Develop and manage the overall project budget, including labour fundingTrack budget performance and adjust forecasts based on actualizationProduce Annual Operating Plan guidance for leadership approval


4. Retail Teams Enablement

Support the change management strategy to enable transition to the future stateSupport in developing and delivering retail-facing communications and enablement resources, including Zipline messages, call decks, and training guidesMaintain centralized resource hubs (e.g., SharePoint, Youlu) with up-to-date documentation and guides


5. Tech Enablement

Support business requirements and partner with tech teams to define and implement system solutionsTrack systems setup timelines and assess feasibility of proposed solutions
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and/or applicable experienceProgram management experience required, change management experience preferredProficiency in project management tools to drive efficiency and collaboration across cross-functional teams (e.g. Microsoft Project, Asana, Smartsheet) or equivalent platforms8 years of relative experience, preferably in a vertically integrated, global, specialty retail environmentAbility to influence and manage conversations and meetings across the organization at multiple levelsProven track record of managing multiple diverse projects within related fieldProven ability to meet deadlines and operate under tight time constraints with a strong sense of urgencyExcellent interpersonal skills including analytical, problem solving, organizational, issue resolution, and customer relationship managementExcellent communication skills: verbal, written, negotiation and presentation. Must be able to communicate technical and project management concepts in business-oriented terms
