Project Manager, Operations Digitalization

The Project Manager Digital Transformation in Global Operations Digital Excellence is responsible for designing and building up our project delivery model across all digitalization projects in our portfolio. This role is part of the PMO setup in Global IT and collaborates closely with the PMO for Operations. Our projects are managed using a combination of Monday.com, Azure DevOps, and Miro.

Radiometer is embarking on a strategic initiative to digitalize our supply chain and manufacturing operations in the coming years. We are building a digital platform to address specific use cases on the production floor and within the supply chain. To support this digitalization journey, the Project Manager will oversee a mix of global projects with rollouts and local projects in the USA, Denmark, Poland, and Finland, supported by our global organization.

This position is part of the Global Operations Digital Excellence (GODE) program, located in Brønshøj and requires on-site work. You'll report to the Senior Manager IT Operation Digitalization, who is responsible for the IT/OT part of the GODE program.

In this role, you will have the opportunity and responsibility of:

work with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery and adoption of new technologies and systems.Exposure to Radiometer's technology landscape and operations, including the latest technologies and systems used in the medical device industry.build and lead high-performing project teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and other IT professionals.manage project budgets, resources, timelines, and risks to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet quality standards.work with emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, and explore how these technologies can be applied to improve Radiometer's operations and products.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Minimum 5 years’ experience working as IT Project Manager preferably in a global context.Strong project management skills and toolbox within the different project methodologies. Experience with both agile and waterfall approaches. Experience delivering in a fully agile product organizations is a plus.Strong leadership capabilities, communication skills and experienced with stakeholder management at all levels.Proactive, customer focused, analytical and systematic with a profound cultural awareness and a track-record in successfully managing a broad range of stakeholders.Certified Project Manager – PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2 or equivalent
 

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Experience leading cross-functional and/or complex projects in an international and regulated environment (SOX) preferred, with a focus on delivering business value of IT (creating of business cases and benefit tracking)Experience on Monday.com, Azure DevOps and Miro.Experience leading process improvements within production, supply chain and logistics preferred.

The job is offered as an on-site position. An individual agreement can be made with the local manager for limited hybrid work. The position also requires flexibility to travel and occasionally work from other sites within Radiometer group. The expected travel is 5-10%.
