We seek a skilled Project Manager to lead our Municipal Infrastructure projects. As the Project Manager, you will oversee all project elements, including conceptual design, project execution, client interaction, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring project success within budget, schedule, and quality parameters. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in roadway and utility systems, project management, team development, and leadership skills.
Job Summary
The Project Manager role is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and budget by coordinating resources, defining objectives, and overseeing quality control during the project’s lifecycle as part of the overall program.
Job Responsibilities
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end which includes establishing project scope, goals, deliverables, ensure QAQC protocols. Plan, track and schedule timelines and milestones. Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Supervise project team members and contractors and influence all to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in interviews. RequirementsRequired Education & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.8+ years of relevant experience.Current professional engineer (PE) license in Texas required.Knowledge of roadway and utilities Familiarity with Microsoft Project.Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microstation, and/or OpenRoads.Strong understanding of TCEQ rules and regulations.Familiarity with surveying and engineering terminology.Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.Valid driver's license.Experience with mentoring junior staff is preferred.Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc.
