Project Manager, Markets Program Execution - Assistant Vice President

The Program Execution team is responsible for managing strategic transformation programs within the Markets Business, encompassing both regulatory and business-driven initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to change initiatives across the Markets organization. You will work alongside various internal stakeholders including Front Office, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams globally, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of key programs. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your expertise in both technical and business subject matters within a fast-paced environment. **What you'll do** This role offers a chance to actively manage projects within a strategic portfolio, contributing directly to significant business and regulatory changes. You will collaborate with global, regional, and local colleagues across various functions. + Support the end-to-end delivery of projects, managing timelines, budgets, and scope. + Work closely with business, risk, operations, and technology partners to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics. + Track project status, risks, and issues, and prepare regular reports for management. + Assist with business readiness activities, including training, communications, and user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination. + Ensure all project documentation is complete and auditable, maintaining project plans and risk logs. **What we'll need from you** We are looking for a motivated professional with a strong delivery mindset and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. + Relevant industry experience in project management or a similar role within financial services. + Foundational understanding of capital markets and risk management principles. + Experience with projects impacting control structures within an organization. + Basic understanding of trading products (e.g., Fixed Income, Equity, Currencies & Commodities) or securities services. + Good project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. + Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation and foster collaboration. + Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience. **What we can offer you** This role offers the opportunity to build in-depth knowledge of financial services operations, facing new business challenges daily that will help you develop new skills and drive your career.
