How You’ll Make an Impact   

Oversee and coordinate day-to-day activities for multiple projects from initial planning through final implementationEstablish and apply project management processes to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet business expectationsCollect and analyze data to monitor progress and drive informed decision-making for project advancementTrack costs, performance and service levels to ensure project objectives are consistently achievedCommunicate and collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, provide updates and gain consensus for successful outcomesAllocate resources and proactively manage risks to address challenges and keep projects on trackSupport additional project needs as requested to drive overall success

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum   

Required Qualifications   

Education  

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience

Experience   

1+ year of project management experience

Skills  

Ability to prioritize and organize tasks while managing multiple projects and assignmentsCapacity to build effective working relationships with team members and stakeholdersStrong critical thinking and analytical skillsProven performance in fast-paced environmentsProficiency with Microsoft Project and other software applicationsSkilled at data analysis and interpretation

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years retail marketing project management experience preferred

Education

Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum
