**The Role:**
The Marketing Project Manager supports the Lifestyle brand portfolio by orchestrating workflow, coordinating partnerships, and strengthening reporting, research, and operational processes. This role ensures projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and the team is supported administratively and strategically as our brand portfolio expands. It is designed to close current gaps in project management and admin support while enabling internal mobility and scaling creative throughput.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage day to day workflow across marketing initiatives and brand projects, sequencing tasks, clearing blockers, and tracking dependencies.
+ Partner with Art Director to organize creative requests, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
+ Own project tracking tools, calendars, status updates, and dashboards to keep deadlines on track.
+ Serve as the primary coordination point for partner deliverables (assets, approvals, feedback cycles), ensuring alignment to brand standards and timelines.
+ Track partner commitments, milestones, and reporting needs; maintain a single source of truth across engagements.
+ Develop decks, recaps, post mortems, and standardized reporting documents that capture outcomes, ROI, and lessons learned.
+ Prepare materials for leadership updates and partner presentations; synthesize complex inputs into clear narratives.
+ Conduct research to support brand strategy, competitive insights, and partnership vetting; surface recommendations that inform go/no go decisions.
+ Support audits, contract routing, and documentation control; partner with legal/finance as needed.
+ Oversee uploading of assets, AIR entries, HBM activities, and adherence to brand/legal requirements.
+ Maintain organized digital libraries, file systems, and intake processes; enforce metadata, version control, and access protocols.
+ Identify process gaps and propose improvements to increase team efficiency; pilot and document new ways of working.
+ Ensure clear, timely communication across creative, marketing, and external partners; run stand ups, publish notes, and maintain RACI.
+ Escalate risks and trade offs with recommended paths forward; drive cross functional alignment on priorities.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
+ 3-5 years in marketing project management or creative operations within a multi brand environment; partnership coordination experience strongly preferred.
+ PMP or CAPM preferred not essential; Agile foundations (Scrum/Kanban) a plus.
+ Project/ops tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday, MS Planner)
+ Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive)
+ Familiarity with creative pipelines and asset systems (e.g., Adobe ecosystem; DAMs)
+ Comfort with internal systems for asset compliance (e.g., AIR entries, HBM)
+ Plans, prioritizes, and sequences work across multiple brands and stakeholders.
+ Clear written/verbal updates; translates creative and marketing needs for partners and leadership.
+ Stakeholder management: Builds trust, drives alignment, and navigates competing priorities.
+ Problem solving & judgment: Anticipates risks, proposes options, and recommends decisions with supporting data.
+ Quality & compliance: Maintains rigorous standards for brand, legal, and data hygiene.
+ Continuous improvement: Identifies process gaps and implements measurable efficiencies.
+ Brand Strategy Support: Builds foundational understanding of brand and business strategy to support project execution, creative initiatives, and partnerships.
_Salary range for this role is $90,000- $105,000 plus incentive._
Actual pay will be commensurate with experience. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate
