MultiPro is seeking a Project Manager to play a critical role in advancing our IT department’s mission to maintain, enhance, and secure technology platforms across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Director, IT, this role will oversee systems and functional projects of varying size and complexity, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities. From cross-functional leadership to vendor coordination and governance, the Project Manager will be instrumental in driving technology projects that support operational excellence and strategic growth.
Compensation & Work Environment Details:
Salary Range: $85,000 – $108,000Bonus Target: 10% of annual salaryTravel: Minimal; primarily office-based with remote collaborationWhat You’ll Do:
Lead Critical Projects: Manage systems and functional projects from initiation to completion, including detailed planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Organize and align efforts across business leaders, system administrators, developers, and vendor partners to deliver outcomes.Select the Right Approach: Apply the appropriate project management methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to optimize resources and ensure success.Ensure Compliance & Security: Oversee adherence to internal policies, industry standards, and data security best practices across projects.Manage Budgets & Resources: Create project budgets, track costs, and align resource assignments with organizational expectations and priorities.Monitor Progress & Risks: Identify and escalate issues, blockers, and risks to sponsors while maintaining delivery momentum and adherence to timelines.Deliver Clear Communication: Provide timely status updates and reporting to project sponsors, stakeholders, and leadership.Advance PM Capabilities: Recommend governance practices and processes to mature organizational project management standards and resource utilization.Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep current on emerging technologies and industry developments to inform initiatives and improve delivery practices.Perform Other Duties as AssignedWhat We’re Looking For:
Experience: 5+ years managing IT or systems-related projects, including enterprise-critical and cross-functional initiatives.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Communication, or related field; IT coursework (Computer Science, Information Systems) is a plus.Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches with proven ability to apply the right framework.Technical Acumen: Familiarity with IT systems, networks, infrastructure, cloud services (AWS, Azure), ERP systems, and cybersecurity principles.Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; strong writing and presentation skills.Analytical & Organizational Skills: Proven ability to evaluate problems, manage risks, document processes, and drive resolution.Collaboration & Leadership: Skilled at building effective cross-functional relationships while fostering a productive, supportive project environment.Tools & Technology: Proficient in Microsoft 365, Teams, remote collaboration platforms, and project management tools.
