We have an opportunity for an Immunology Marketing Project Manager to join our Customer Excellence team. In this role, you will be responsible for the digital and print promotional initiatives (from conception to launch) including the ongoing maintenance of a given asset of defined brands. This position is based in Montreal (Saint-Laurent).
Key responsibilities:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing digital and traditional projects, from brief to delivery based on established process:
Manage project assessment with Commercial, Trade and Patient Experience Brand ManagersEstablish partnerships and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to align content strategies with business objectives while ensuring compliance.Serve as a subject matter expert to ensure compliance with branding and pre-clearance agencies (PAAB, Ad Standards Canada)Manage content approval, printing, and proofreadingProvide guidance and support by sharing insights and applying best practices cross-functionally to ensure successful project executionParticipate in department capacity planning and prioritiesImplement platforms and systems at the Affiliate level.Collaborate with Business Technology Solutions team to develop and deploy AbbVie’s digital strategy.Qualifications
Education/ Experience required:
Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree considered an asset.Relevant experience in the advertising department of a multi-national company or an agencyAdvertising experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry (minimum of 2 years)Experience in creating, implementing, and deploying marketing campaigns (minimum of 2 years)Essential skills and abilities:
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industryKnowledge of PAAB and other governing bodiesStrong understanding of multi-channel principles and current trends in advertisingStrong project management skillsAbility to multi-task and juggle multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environmentShows attention to detailAbility to problem solve and prioritize effectivelyStrong collaboration skillsDemonstrates financial acumenAbility to take key actions and demonstrate behavioral anchors that support AbbVie’s Cultural descriptors and leadership attributesAbbVie strives to provide a French working environment for its employees in Quebec.
