The Project Manager, eCommerce Creative is responsible for managing and coordinating our cross-channel creative process, project scheduling and resource/workload management, from planning through execution with our eCommerce Digital Creatives. This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Northbrook, IL office A day in the life as a Project Manager, eCommerce Creative… + Oversee the workflow process, resources and schedules for content execution, defining project scope and objectives + Responsible for monitoring, developing and updating project timelines and providing progress reports to various Omni-channel stakeholders + Orchestrate the completion of clear project briefs to ensure they align with content strategy, defining project scope and objectives + Organize and drive the timing and actions of the seasonal cross-channel creative process and work schedule in collaboration with Creative, Marketing, and other Key Stakeholders + Ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner and satisfy key business expectations + Perform risk management to minimize project risks + Play a key role in determining efficient and integrated workflow processes by identifying, coordinating and communicating the critical milestones and deadlines for multiple work streams + Plan, schedule and lead cross-functional creative review/approval meetings Solicit feedback from various cross functional partners in order to deliver the best product What you’ll bring to the table… + Exceptional organizational and project planning/management skills + Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices + Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects. Ability to work independently to accomplish both short and long-term goals + Sense of urgency and ability to shift and prioritize work to meet key deadlines + Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle, preferably multi-disciplinary creative projects + Strong problem solver, able to effectively and efficiently integrate information from diverse sources and define a clear approach/solution; routinely identifies improvement opportunities and takes initiative to proactively address + Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and processes + Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive. Strong communication and collaboration skills We’d love to hear from you if you have… + 4 years project management experience, including tracking and planning projects + 4 years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment + Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience + Proficient with Asana, Workfront, MS and Google Office Suites + Experience presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior Leadership + Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs Minimum Starting Rate: $83,000.00 Annually Up to: $110,000.00 Annually Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
