The Project Management Supervisor is accountable for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects from initiation through commissioning, delivery, execution, and overall management within the assigned area. The role ensures that all technical, quality, safety, cost, and schedule objectives are achieved in accordance with the approved budget and timeline. The ideal candidate will be actively present on the field, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring on-time completion and customer satisfactionTrack milestones, deliverables, and contractual obligationsCoordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and technical teams to resolve technical and delivery issuesConduct site visits to monitor progress, risks, safety, and quality standardsPrepare, manage, and ensure timely completion of all project and customer documentationEnsure all delivery activities comply with company procedures and safety standardsConduct regular customer visits and submit weekly progress reports to managementMonitor customer consumption, warehouse stock, and dedicated device usage; ensure timely consumption of assigned kitsMaintain customer records and perform regular warehouse audits based on consumption dataEnsure acknowledgment and proper tracking of consumable deliveriesSupport project planning through schedules, progress reports, scope definition, and technical assessments

Your Profile:

BS/BA in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, pharmaceutical or medical technology industry experience is a plusManage projects end-to-end with strong coordination, operational oversight, and adherence to safety and quality standardsCommunicate effectively and manage stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth cross-functional collaborationMaintain accurate documentation, compliance, reporting, and tracking of consumption, stock, and milestonesApply analytical problem-solving and decision-making to resolve technical, operational, and delivery issues efficientlyFluency in the country’s language and English (spoken, written, reading), additional languages are a plusWillingness to travel regularly and work weekends as needed
