Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of small to mid-sized equipment-only or non-turnkey projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-outAct as a point of contact between the Project Management Office (PMO) and Finance departmentsPrepare Budget Deviation Reports by retrieving and analyzing SAP data; perform variance analysis in coordination with Sourcing, Procurement, Engineering, and Production teamsReview project financial backlog and identify outstanding billing opportunities; initiate required actions to complete billing in a timely mannerPerform billing and collection reconciliation at both project and customer levels to identify gaps and ensure accurate, on-time collectionsSupport project close-out processes, ensuring all financial and technical requirements are fulfilled by working with Project Managers and relevant departmentsAnalyze project costing by reviewing work orders, production orders, labor hours, and related adjustments; identify discrepancies and lead corrective/improvement actions in collaboration with OperationsSupport the continuous improvement of project management and financial tracking processesContribute to cross-functional initiatives and participate in strategy execution within the defined policy frameworkBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders by effectively communicating both technical and financial information

Required Qualifications:

Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systemsComfortable working in a hybrid work environmentStrong verbal and written English language skillsCurrently residing in or open to relocating to Istanbul or KocaeliBachelor's degree in industrial engineering from an accredited universityProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
