The Project Management Specialist is responsible for supporting defined work or projects of moderate complexity. This role involves following an individual work plan defined by multiple stakeholders and meeting short-term objectives through responsive execution. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across functions to ensure timely and accurate project support.

As a Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Supporting the Equipment Invoicing and Cost Substantiation program by organizing and analyzing backup documentation to generate customer invoicesCoordinating site activities related to material needs, vendor expediting, purchase order processing, and delivery trackingPerforming Oracle transactions to support purchasing and logistics operationsScheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments to support project objectivesManaging materials coordination and expediting activities to ensure timely receipt of parts and servicesCreating and maintaining project record-keeping systems and databasesCoordinating with project team members to ensure timely and organized information flowPlanning and assigning land transportation for small items across the USA territoryCollecting, controlling, and maintaining logistics records, including Proof of Delivery, Bills of Materials, and transportation invoices

To be successful in this role you will:

Preferably possess a Bachelor’s degree2 years of work experience preferably in administrative, logistics, finance, operations, project coordination, or similar goal-oriented rolePreferably have experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAPDemonstrate strong organizational and communication skillsBe capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
