Boeing Distribution, Inc.Boeing Global Services (BGS), Distribution Business, is looking for a Project Management Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX.
Position Responsibilities:
Duties will include (but are not limited to)
Develops overall project plan consistent with project objectives as defined by the project owner and key stakeholders in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards)
Works to improve project management processes and business systems that support project decision makers
May lead others and direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion. Help grow revenue with current account.
Develop new business opportunities to grow the transactional portfolio.
Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
Ensure that all project control systems within the scope of the project are in place and integrate project data for decision makers
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1 + years of experience in a role requiring project management skills, tools, and processes
1 + years of experience managing and prioritizing projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a cross functional environment
Experience leading projects in a formal and/or informal role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Proficient knowledge in all MS office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) must be able to analyze and generate reports.
Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
