Essential Responsibilities:
As the Project Management Specialist, you will:
Be responsible for on-time project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resourcesAssist Project Director in organizing project cost structure in Oracle ERPParticipate in customer, internal, and/or supplier project kickoff meetings and support the Project Director with preparation & coordination of customer, internal, and/or supplier kickoff meetingsDevelop and maintain a project roster including assigning and monitoring timely completion of project related training activitiesSupport the development & issuance of the Project Management Plan & related project plans and project procedures; promotes the implementation of project plans and project procedures across the larger project teamSupport the development and deployment of project infrastructure and project toolsEnsure compliance with U. S. government requirements as applicableSupport coordination of project activities; monitor and control progress on project deliverablesEnsure the conformance of project deliverables with contract and project requirementsOrganize and archive project correspondence and records consistent with Project Configuration Management PlanLead, draft, and issue project management meeting notes, action item lists, and project progress reportsRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college with at least 1 year of experience working on projects-OR-

The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 8/15/2025.
