The Region Leader will be leading the Brush Power Generation project management team in APAC. This will involve building and growing a local team whilst ensuring compliance with standards, effective management of resource while ensuring the team has the processes and tools they need to deliver on professional services project commitments.
The Region Lead will be responsible for:
Managing complex projects for Field Service and Repair departments for the Aftermarket Brush Business in APAC.Support the local sales team to promote Brush Services and generate order intake across Field Service, Repair, Spare Parts and Capital SparesAchieving customer satisfaction and business targets in terms of Revenues, Margin, On time in full and Cash collections.Partner with Resource Leader to forecast future customer demand for the regionHaving a deep understanding of financial data associated with the business and working with multiple businesses and teams to gather process and system data for integrating into a centralized service management system.Leading the drive on localization in APAC with a local service hub, including recruitment and development of local resource.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
5+ years of Aftermarket/ Services experience & Field Service experience.Have experience in Business Operations, with aftermarket projects.Have strong communication and leadership skills.Demonstrate ability to lead programs and projects.Able to travel on short notice when needed.Work in a way that works for you
