As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in the Business Transformation team, you help drive critical business initiatives and deliver value to our clients. You use your analytical and communication skills to manage product execution backlogs and support multi-phase projects. You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement. You play a key role in building strong relationships and fostering a client-centric approach. Together, we create stable, sustainable solutions that make a difference.
Job Responsibilities
• Writes clear business requirements and discovery features using data to support desired changes
• Maps and documents current and target state business processes
• Identifies risks early and collaborates with partners to meet controls, legal, and compliance needs
• Recognizes ongoing needs, gaps, and future opportunities for business partners

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
• Demonstrated strategic and analytical orientation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership and influencing abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
• Experience working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Advanced relationship management skills
• Expertise in change management and process improvement

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
• Experience in commercial banking or corporate and investment banking
• Familiarity with systems used in commercial banking or CIB
• Previous experience with large-system migration or conversion projects
• Proven track record in strategic program development and execution
• Experience with benchmarking and research for process improvement
• Ability to identify and document business process maps
• Deep understanding of client journey frameworks
