Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Project Management Planner & Scheduler (Entry Level or Associate) to join the Integrated Planning and Scheduling (IP&S) team in Heath, OH!

The successful candidate prepares, develops, and coordinates integrated schedules and schedule related products to meet program and/or project requirements. In summary, the successful candidate will work closely with a variety of internal stakeholders in the development of integration master schedules. The successful candidate will also be a detail-oriented, self-starter who is able to meet requirements and execute with little direction in a fast-paced environment.

Position Responsibilities:

Assists in the preparation, coordination, scheduling and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans.Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case.Gathers, organizes and provides data to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.Supports the coordination and communication to ensure commitment to stakeholders.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitiveIntermediate skills with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel (or equivalent tools), with the ability to perform calculations and analyze data in ExcelStrong communication, problem solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or higherExperience in Open Plan Professional (OPP) and/or Microsoft Project (MS-Project) schedule applicationsExperience with scheduling work packages (i.e. BRAIDS, etc.)

Summary pay range:

Entry Level: $56,950 - $77,050

Associate: $68,850 - $93,150
