In this dynamic environment, we are seeking an experienced Associate to join our Advisory COO Office in Athens.  

Actively contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives, operational improvements and reporting activities that support the firm’s transformation agenda  

Drive operational excellence and ensure alignment with our broader organizational priorities 

Support strategic execution by translating high‑level goals into structured project plans, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with business objectives 

Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identify inefficiencies, and propose data‑driven enhancements 

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to coordinate activities that strengthen operational effectiveness and promote seamless teamwork across the organization 

Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, including dashboards, KPIs, and performance tracking tools, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery 

Support the setup and operation of the Project Management Office (PMO) by overseeing timelines, documenting milestones, and ensuring initiatives remain on track 

What you bring matters 

Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field 

Minimum 2 years of proven relevant work experience in reporting, operations, consulting, or project management 

Strong verbal and writing skills in English and Greek 

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Familiarity with additional digital technologies (such as Power BI and Alteryx) will be considered an asset   

Excellent presentation and communication skills to provide clarity and inclusiveness to support PwC leadership teams in major business decisions   

Strong time‑management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines 

An excellent team player with the ability to work well with other team members, including sharing and collaborating effectively with others, as well as creating a positive team spirit.  

Possesses a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
