DHL Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Project Management & Functional Design Intern to join our Data Strategy & Digital Transformation team within Global Operations Excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global team driving a comprehensive program of digital transformation projects.

Your key accountabilities include:

Assist in project/program management activities, including creating meeting minutes, task planning, progress tracking, and maintaining project logs (RAID). Develop project/program-related documentation, such as risk assessments and concept materials. Prepare and conduct information/training sessions for the user community. Create change management and communication materials. Support and manage internal communication channels and content creation, including SharePoint setup. Conduct business requirements analysis and documentation (e.g., process flows, mock-ups of user interfaces).

What are we looking for from you?

Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program for the duration of the internship. Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written) is a must. Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel. Initial experience in project management or administration is a plus; a strong interest in these areas is essential. Familiarity with business process design and/or business requirements definition is advantageous; otherwise, a keen interest is required. Ability and willingness to work in a project-driven environment with potentially ambitious timelines and delivery pressures. High proactivity and a strong desire to learn, develop, and contribute.
