We’re hiring a Project Management Coordinator for our Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The Project Management Coordinator will coordinate communication between all areas involved in various projects, including the opening of new markets across the nation as well as facilitate updates of existing market information in all systems of record.
Salary range: $21-$23/hr. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Utilize project management software for detail tracking and sharing of information
+ Serve as a liaison between the executive team and other departments as projects require
+ Schedule daily/weekly check-ins with PM’s to make sure tasks are assigned and completed as needed
+ Monitor new market process through all stages of planning, development and execution
+ Update appropriate areas when action is required
+ Maintain pulse on status of each new market to move through the communication process
+ Promptly respond to and resolve inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications surrounding market status information or specific details
+ Develop new strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience
+ Initial branch set up coordination
+ Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:
+ Past experience in an administrative or project management role
+ Must be excellent with details with exquisite follow-up

+ Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Education and Experience:
+ 3–4 years of professional experience
Physical Requirements:
+ Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
+ Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
