Job Required:

Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required)Pre-construction project management experienceExperience ensuring compliance with required budgetary, scheduling, and safety goalsExperience supporting contractors’ and/or vendors’ performance at the project siteExperience with contract compliance, federal labor laws, prevailing wage auditing, and apprenticeship requirementsTravel will be based on an as-needed basis.

Preferred:

Experience in construction, energy industry, and/or solarExperience with LCP Tracker.

Responsibilities:

Assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance on assigned projectsParticipate in walk-downs of planned work, validate acceptance of completed work to design requirements, and review contractor payment requestsVerify constructability, ensure proper resource allocation, assess field status, and resolve issues as neededCoordinate project activities with vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, local community officials, and the companyAssist in scope control, budget oversight, resolution of technical issues, performance reporting, scheduling, and work-in-progressInterface with landowners, local regulators, and state agenciesReinforce expectations related to safety, procedure compliance, lessons learned, corrective action, and appropriate work behaviors for employees and contractor staffCoordinate activities or groups such as safety programs, engineering, construction, budget, analytics and contract administrationInterface with the project’s designated management committeePerform other job-related duties as assigned.
