The Risk & Compliance Practice provides strategic, transformational and technical offerings in risk and compliance. What You'll Do

As a Project Leader or Principal within BCG’s Risk & Compliance Practice, you will be a core member of our practice working alongside some of the world’s top minds in industry shaping the future of banking and other Financial Services segments. You will collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds, advising clients on a variety of topics, including:

Help a US financial services group set up a risk burndown strategy to improve risk management and deliver $150M in remediations by addressing risk concentration areas identified by regulatorsConduct a comprehensive assessment of a capital plan stress-testing framework for a large US investment bank, enhancing their enterprise-wide risk identification and stress-scenario designSupport a universal bank's CIB division by designing an integrated risk-return optimization platform to improve risk-adjusted returns across trading and banking booksAssist a German regional bank in reengineering processes for managing distressed corporate loans, enhancing their risk management capabilities

While contributing to client cases, workshops, and proposals you will occasionally travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions.



What You'll Bring

Have 7 to 12 years of experience working with a leading consulting firm(s) focused on Financial Services and/or experience with banks or FinTechsExperience working in Financial Risk Management, Non Financial Risk Management or Governance, Risk & Compliance in Financial sector (private bank, bank, financial public actors, etc…)Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, in addition to a strong presence and leadership skillsExperience of devising and implementing strategy involving quantitative analysis, conceptualization, and communication of strategic solutions Have the interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations set you apartBe a collaborative team player with positive attitude, high ethical standards and experienced in international work
