REQUIREMENTS:

 

4+ years of professional experience in providing IT system solutions for consumers in area of e-Commerce, CRM, direct sales, leads managementBachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably Business Administration/ Management / IT / or similarStakeholders and vendor management skillsExperience in project management (preferably Agile and Waterfall)Knowledge of cloud-based solution architecture principles (preferably AWS)Knowledge of basic security principles and practices in an IT environmentKnowledge of application support (SLA, escalations, KPIs) and problem management (analyzing incidents patterns and implementing preventive measures and solutions)Basic knowledge of projects budgeting (Capex/Opex)Problem solving skills, based data driven mind-set, genuinely interested in digital innovations and trendsStrong ability to address business challenges and opportunities with customer focus Well-developed communication and collaboration skills Fluent English and Polish in writing & speaking Useful application knowledge: Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Coupa, SAP LeanIX

YOUR TASKS:

 

Lead and participate in projects providing B2B and B2C systems solutions (including founding process)Identify and provide optimal IT and Digital solutions in the B2B and B2C Collaborate with our IT and Finance global team for the deployment and support of central and local solutionsCollaborate with Vendors and L1 and L2 support teams
