As a Project Leader, you will take ownership of strategic transition and NPI (New Product Introduction) projects, driving them from planning to successful implementation. You will connect engineering, operations and supply chain, ensuring flawless execution and the timely delivery of every milestone. Your leadership will empower cross-functional teams, remove obstacles and ensure that projects set new standards of quality, efficiency and innovation.

What will you do:

Lead transition and NPI projects at the Wrocław site from planning through execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget deliveryMonitor project progress and regularly report status to senior management and key stakeholdersCoordinate and lead cross-functional teams to resolve project-related issues efficientlyDevelop detailed project plans and collaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Production teamsManage and track project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targetsIdentify potential risks and delays, working with internal teams and Business Units to eliminate obstaclesEnsure compliance with internal procedures and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications You Must Have:

Preferred minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, ideally within Operations or SourcingMaster’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related business fieldStrong leadership, communication and organizational skillsProven analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience of working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple prioritiesKnowledge and hands-on experience with risk management practicesKnowledge of supply chain processes, ideally within an aerospace organizationProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Working knowledge of MS ProjectAdvanced English (written and spoken)

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience with aerospace or defense industryProject Management certificationsExperience with reporting and data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI)
