What You'll Do

Project Leaders manage teams comprised of Consultants and Associates who design and develop long-term strategies, advise clients on a diverse set of complex issues, and address specific challenges facing their business.  As they direct work on client engagements, Project Leaders manage studies to define client needs, and supervise research activities to obtain relevant data. Project Leaders oversee the formulation of hypotheses for research and investigation, and the advanced financial analysis of client, competitor, and industry data. They apply knowledge of business principles and industrial organization to the development of actionable recommendations for profitable growth, and supervise work including strategic due diligence, product development studies, change management plans, and the evaluation of long-term investment opportunities. Project Leaders are also responsible for managing client contact and play a key role in the development and maintenance of high-level client relationships. 

What You'll Bring

3+ years of post-graduate school consulting experience, and/or 3+ years of line management experience. Strong organizational skills and an analytic mindset. Must be able to understand and employ a variety of analytical tools to study markets and segments, develop frameworks and hypotheses, quantify strategic options, and assess their effectiveness.Expert communication and presentation skills. Project Leaders must synthesize their team’s work into recommendations for presentation to clients, and deliver oral and written reports to client management.Intellectual curiosity, coupled with a drive to figure things out, get things done, and have an impact at the organizational level.Excellent multi-tasking skills. Must be able to track multiple deliverables and priorities and seamlessly shift gears to address new developments and issues as they emerge.A solid track record of building strong client relationships with large organizations, as well as identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the business.Fluent in English 

Ideal candidates may have the following experience, but it is not required:

Previous experience working with clients in the Consumer, Financial Institutions, or Operations sectors.
