Job Description Summary

This role involves full ownership of end-to-end project delivery, leading multidisciplinary teams to successfully execute commercial and residential base build projects. The Project Lead is accountable for planning, execution, budgeting, procurement, quality, safety, and stakeholder end-to-end co-ordination and monitoring, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The position demands strong leadership, strategic planning, risk management, and cost optimization skills to achieve operational excellence and client satisfaction.

About the Role:

Take full ownership of large-scale commercial and residential base build projects from initiation to completionDevelop and implement strategic project plans, detailed schedules, and budgetsLead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including contractors, consultants, architects, and internal stakeholdersOversee procurement processes, contract administration, and vendor managementEnsure compliance with quality, safety, statutory, and regulatory standards across all project activitiesIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and implement proactive corrective actionsMonitor project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and progress reports, ensuring timely course correctionMaintain proactive communication with clients, investors, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concernsResolve critical project issues and conflicts efficiently to prevent delays and cost overrunsOptimize resource allocation and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiencyDrive cost management, budget control, and financial accountability across all projectsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfactionMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, contracts, approvals, and compliance recordsPromote best practices, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across all project teams

About You:

B.E. in Civil Engineering with a master’s degree in project management (PMP certification preferred/required)12 to 18 Years & above of relevant experienceShould have completed at least 8 - 10 institutional/University/residential along with infra works projects end to end during the tenureCandidate working with Project Management Consultancy would be preferredTechnical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural worksExcellent organizational and motivational skillsOutstanding attention to detail and observation abilityExceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
