Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Lead to join a leading pharmaceutical company’s Strategic Projects division. This role involves coordinating capital projects and serving as a subject matter expert in equipment and processes related to compounding, filling, packaging solid-dose medication for both sterile and non-sterile operations. The Project Lead support the commissioning, validation, and change control activities. They will also will lead project design efforts, prepare cost estimates, and execute technical documentation.
Success in this fast-paced environment requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Skills and Requirements
3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant field.
Experience with executing validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) .
Experience with commissioning, validation, execution (CQV) activities.
Proven project leadership experience
Working knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging components, automation systems, and equipment/machinery. Experience supporting investigations and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
P.Eng designation (Professional Engineer).
Certified Packaging Professional (CPP) designation.
Experience with Microsoft Project or other project management tools.
Experience writing protocols in Kneat.
