Leads and manages the end-to-end execution of project management deliverables according to the CBSP Delivery Model for Projects and Transitions.
Conducts due diligence, identifies risks, recommends solutions, and communicates next steps to project stakeholders to ensure accountability on deliverables requiring compliance.
Leads the documentation of project artifacts such as Master Services Agreement, Business Continuity Plan, SLA, Quality Plan, Training and Ramp Up Plan for purposes of internal controls and external audits.
Conducts regular project status calls, captures meeting minutes, documents RAID, and facilitates difficult conversations with stakeholders in resolving actions requiring attention and agility.
Builds and develops the project team by demonstrating leadership behaviors to support individual and team needs when completing project tasks based on Scope, Time, Cost, Risks and Resources.
Exemplifies excellence and stewardship in executing all project activities with integrity, care and trustworthiness while maintaining compliance with internal and external guidelines.
Drives a culture of continuous improvement by seeking feedback on areas of project delivery needing incremental improvements while uplifting the PMO brand and capabilities.
With Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field.
With 5 or more years of Mobilization/Transition Project Management experience in an Insurance, Shared Services or BPO industry.
Professional certification such as PMP, CPM is desired but not required.
Must have strong background in managing functional and cross-functional projects by following the stages of the project life cycle.
Must have strong background in managing large-scale/medium-scale process and voice transitions with reference to Insurance, Shared Services, Contact Center and Information Technology.
Must have a strong passion in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets.
Must have a strong Planning, Organizing and Analytical Thinking skills – understanding the complexity and interacting domains of project tasks to positively affect and influence the project quality, performance, and outcomes.
Must have a strong Communication, Leadership, and Stakeholder Management skills.
Must be Adaptable and Resilient to help the project accommodate change, recover from setbacks, and advance the work until project closing.
Must be amenable to work on APAC schedule with office location at Sheridan, Mandaluyong City, and comply with the return-to-office policy.
