Project Lead
Location: Bucharest, Romania

The Project lead will be responsible for the “On demand SQUAD”. His role is to unsure the performance of the team.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Work with business stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Identify potential risks and issues early and develop mitigation plans.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, business, and external) to ensure successful project delivery.

Manage project documentation

Ensure that project deliverables align with business requirements and technical specifications.

Ensure projects follow established project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid, as applicable).

Reporting of the activity (internally and to the customer) by leading the Steering committees and others management meeting.

Required Skills:

Strong project management skills and knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).

Experience in leading IT projects, preferably in a service management or managed services environment.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, etc.).

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

English and French at fluent level

Ability to travel to Toulouse / Cannes / Roma

Management of Agile project (the team will work in Agile mode)

Capacity to present Steering committees in front of TAS DSI (so, very good speaker)

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT or service management environment.

Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2) are a plus.
