Project Joint Use Permit & Delivery Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Joint Use Permit & Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic team, reporting to one of our offices or working remotely. The Project Joint Use Permit and Delivery Coordinator will play an important role in ensuring quality and timely deliveries of our services. This role requires an in-depth understanding of outside plant construction (OSP) and proven success in project management, to meet project specific goals in spec and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Ensure that installations adhere to project specifications, industry standards (like those from the NESC - National Electrical Safety Commission), and regulatory requirements.
+ Ensure that established quality control processes and procedures are followed consistently.
+ Work with production teams, project managers, and clients to address quality concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Provide training and guidance to team members and subcontractors on quality standards and procedures.
Qualifications:
+ In-depth understanding of Joint Use, market standards (such as NESC, NEC, GO95) and OSP design including, but not limited to, telecommunications/utility equipment and networks and associated make-ready engineering.
+ Keen attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies that could compromise the overall quality of final product.
+ The ability to analyze issues, determine root causes, and propose effective solutions.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including internal teams and clients, both verbally and in writing.
+ Proficiency in data collection applications and analysis software such as IKE Office, Katapult, Fulcrum, O-Calc, Pole Foreman, or similar.
+ Ability to work independently and responsibly in a remote setting.
+ Deep experience working with joint use permitting agencies to gather requirements.
+ Experience submitting joint use permits and managing them in inventory systems such as Alden One, NJUNS, and SPANS.
