We are looking for an experienced Project Integrator to coordinate, integrate, and managing project activities across multiple functional areas, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, schedules, and deliverables. This role serves as a central point of contact, bridging the gap between project management, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of complex programs and projects. ABC \#LI-DDUNN **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** We are actively seeking a Project Integrator with a minimum of 11 years' experience, plus a bachelor's degree or a master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. + 811 years of experience in project coordination, integration, or management within a technical or enterprise environment. + Strong understanding of project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid). + Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills. + Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent). + Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements. + Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving + Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration + Process and Workflow Integration + Time Management and Prioritization + Communication and Presentation Skills **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification. + Experience in IT, engineering, or defense/government programs. + Familiarity with integrated master scheduling (IMS) and earned value management (EVM). + Experience with Project Management tools including: + MS Project for resource-loaded project schedules + Jira/ESP Service Now for managing backlogs, portfolios, products, and sprints + SharePoint as a document repository + Knowledge of: + Enterprise technical architecture and services-oriented architectures + Security requirements and operating environments + IT components, missions, and strategies + Experience with coaching/guiding IT organizations through Agile adoption and transition from Management Framework (PMF) + Familiarity with: + Service catalog, IT Gateway, ESP, JIRA, Hive, and SharePoint + Entire development system life cycle + Current and emerging technologies + Experience working with government agencies + Skills in: + Quality and Assurance (Q&A) **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
