Role Overview
Ensuring the coordination of the Risk Management System ensuring is it always fit for purpose, manageable and reliable in line with project objectives (Statement of Requirements, Project technical referential, HSE, budget and schedule). Maximizing the value of the future project by finding means to minimize Risks. Maintaining and reconcile all Actions related to risks to ensure an efficient and thorough Project execution. Ensuring proper recording control throughout the project life using New Prodom Risk and Action modules. Following procedures and work closely with Project Manager and other Project teams. Ensuring the coordination of the Interface Management System ensuring is it always fit for purpose, manageable and reliable in line project objectives (Statement of Requirements, Project technical referential, HSE, budget and schedule). Maximizing the value of the future project by finding means to optimize interfaces. Preventing schedule slippages through a proactive, focused, and efficient interface management. Maintain and reconcile all interfaces of the package to ensure an efficient and thorough Project execution. Ensuring proper document control throughout the project life. Following procedures and work closely with Project Manager and other Project Package Interface Engineers.
Education & Experience
Confirmed Engineer, or equivalent, with at least 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects including offshore project experience. Require a strong team spirit, field proven coordination skills and recognized capability to work in a transverse mode. Lean and pragmatic approach sense Practical, Problem-solving mindset and solution driven attitude. Excellent communication skills, dynamism, high motivation, “out-of-the-box” thinking and ability to convince. Rigorous and organized. Languages of the service: English mandatory, French is a +
