We are seeking a Project Integrator to provide plans and schedules that satisfy project requirements, track project infrastructure, project software licensing and project budget expenditures. This person shall coordinate directly with system owners, managers and users. ACTIVITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: + Assist in support of all facets of project planning, management and execution pertaining to requirements, application development and support activities, customer outreach, and general metrics, identifying program constraints and key assumptions, and facilitating Agile status meetings with tools provided through JIRA + Assist with the continued efforts to produce the security body of evidence + Participate in requirements meetings with stakeholders, facilitate requirements gathering, provide recommendations on software development and testing processes, and identify and mitigate technical risk for consideration + Support the development of project documentation to include, but not limited to, governance and programmatics, customer requirements, project infrastructure, performance management, engineering, O&M, security regulations and requirements + Provide project progress information to senior leadership and customer stakeholders using ACE Weekly Organizational Metrics and Development Efforts documentation or other approved means of communication + Maintain and provide regular metrics to senior leadership on project schedule, applications portfolio, and cost recovery process + Serve as the project liaison with stakeholders for all projects + Serve as the point of contact for coordinating and collecting schedule updates from project teams + Record minutes and action items from all meetings in support of IT projects + Generate progress status reports for all ACE applications as requested ACE and the ACE Security Team + Create, monitor, and maintain all requests for access to various LDAP groups + With oversight, complete and maintain all access control requests for access to data sets and permissions associated with data access + Create, monitor, and maintain all change management activities for all applications ACE supports. \#GDITEnhanced2025 \#OpportunityOwned \#GDITCareers \#WeAreGDIT \#JET The likely salary range for this position is $158,855 - $214,921. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
