Project Implementation Manager

Summary: Seeking a Project Implementation Manager to oversee quality assurance projects in a regulated manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with FDA audits and utilizing Microsoft Project for effective planning and execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, project management, scientific or engineering discipline or related field. Minimum of five years of experience in project management within the life science field focused on quality and regulated industry compliance. Experience managing projects and programs to conclusion; project management training required with certifications a plus. Strong background in regulated environment including GMP regulations, ISO9000, and regulatory affairs.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with gated project/program management. Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks while producing timely and high-quality deliverables. Functional knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio/Teams.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and plan project scopes and objectives. Develop detailed plans to track progress and ensure successful project delivery. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Schedule, organize, and lead team meetings to assess progress against task lists and timelines. Identify, prioritize, and mitigate project risks.

Pay Details: $43.00 to $48.00 per hour
