HSE SUPERVISOR

A contract position providing onsite Health, Safety, and Environmental support. The role includes safety onboarding for new personnel, supporting safe work preparations, conducting daily safety inspections, participating in incident investigations, and contributing to safety reporting. This position is field?focused with some desktop work.

Responsibilities:

Perform HSE onboarding for new personnel Support safe work preparation, including RAMS reviews and last-minute risk assessments Prepare accident reports and assist with prevention initiatives Participate in investigations involving contractors Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure correct use of protective equipment Provide safety inputs for reporting Promote safety awareness, hazard reporting, and positive safety behaviours
Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ HSSE experience in chemical, petrochemical, or renewable energy environments Experience working with contractors on construction projects Intermediate safety certificate (e.g., NEBOSH, MVK, Sifa) SCC or VCA VOL Experience using safety reporting platforms and action trackers Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in German and English
